About communities

Communities are shared spaces that provide support for discussions, wikis, and files. To manage a community, open User Account Management on the custodian Desktop and do a search for the desired community. Double-click the community to open the Custodian Community Information form for it.
Owner
Each community has an Owner. This is the person or group who either created the community or has control of the community. Whenever you get a request to join a community, you should direct the requestor to the Owner of the community.
You can change the Owner of a community from the Custodian Community Information form.
Moderators
Moderators are users who have been given permission to approve and delete community content. The first job of a moderator is to teach users how to perform tasks for themselves. If they can't perform a task, the moderator can do it for them.  
You can add a moderator to a community on the Custodian Community Information form.
