Changing system messages
 NoteOnly a Power Custodian can change these messages.
Choosing a domain
If you have multiple domain names for your system, you will need to choose one when setting your system messages.
To choose your default domain, select it from the list and click Set Default Domain. If domains have been added through the Multiple Sites & Languages form, click Refresh Domain List to make sure you have the most updated information.
Changing the system invitation message
To change the message that users receive when they receive an invitation to join FirstClass Communities:
1 Open the Custodian Directory Search form and click Configuration.
2 On the "Invitation message" tab, change the invitation message. You can use system tags for placeholders if desired.
3 Click Send Test Message.
A test message will be sent to your Custodian Mailbox.
4 When you are happy with your message, click Save.
Changing the password reset message
To change the message that users receive when they are prompted to change their FirstClass Communities account password:
1 Open the Custodian Directory Search form and click Configuration.
2 On the" Password Reset message" tab, change the password reset message. You can use system tags for placeholders if desired.
3 Click Send Test Message.
A test message will be sent to your Custodian Mailbox.
4 When you are happy with your message, click Save.
Changing the community invitation message
To change the message that users receive when they receive an invitation to join a community:
1 Open the Custodian Directory Search form and click Configuration.
2 On the "Community Invitation message" tab, change the invitation message. You can use system tags for placeholders if desired.
3 Click Send Test Message.
A test message will be sent to your Custodian Mailbox.
4 When you are happy with your message, click Save.
